Service Description
Agenda for Relational Process Group In this group, we will explore relationships not as isolated concepts we analyse in solitude, but as living, breathing experiences that come into form with others. Often, we try to make sense of our relational patterns in absence — imagining, interpreting, or explaining relationships as if they are happening only in our minds. The group offers something different: a space where relational dynamics can emerge in real-time, allowing us to observe, express, and reflect on how we relate to others, and how others relate to us. Whether it’s with family, friends, siblings, colleagues, partners, or within broader social settings — the way we show up (or struggle to) tends to follow certain emotional logics. This group will create a space to stay with those logics as they arise, to speak what often remains unsaid, and to notice the impact of your presence on others and theirs on you. The group is not only about talking about relationships — but about being in them, as they unfold in the room.
